TAXAS collects only data that is strictly necessary for pre-agreed purposes, such as the performance of services, legal obligations (e.g., “know your client” checks), or recruitment.

Retention Periods

Data is not retained longer than necessary. For many files, TAXAS uses a standard retention period of 7 years, unless the law prescribes a longer period.
